• Remaking your giving and generosity culture. Create an atmosphere in your church that attracts money. Most churches repel it!
  
  
• Re-staffing your church. Most churches are staffed like hospitals are built and added to; lots of “glob on” solutions that create confusion over time. Let me make the hard decisions for you; most churches are over-staffed.
  
  
• Learning how to plant a church. I’ve planted two personally and overseen four additional plants in leadership. It’s way easier and less expensive than you think.
  
  
• Fixing your ministry model. Most churches don’t even have an intentional or workable ministry model (how people get involved and come to faith among you). We can start one for you or fix the one you have.
  
  
• Coaching for your main preacher. Moving from “derivative preaching” (someone else’s ideas) to “primary preaching” (getting in touch with your life message.)
